New Families:
- Proof of Residency: Warren Avenue Pee Wees club boundaries include all children living within the elementary school boundaries of Kitsap Lake, West Hills STEM Academy, Crownhill, and Naval Avenue. But limited to the boundaries established by Kitsap Peninsula Adult Pee Wee Association as show in the google map below. We cannot register new players from outside our district and require new families to provide proof of residency. Failure to provide this will result in your player being ineligible to participate in games until it has been received AND your player has been cleared by Central Council Eligibility. An Address Verification Document is required from Tier 1 or Tier 2 detailed below. Email a scanned or digitally taken photo to the registrar ([email protected]). Please include your child's First and Last name with your message. You must provide the physical address of your residence, we cannot accept P.O. Box numbers.

- Age Verification: New players are required to provide our registrar a copy of age verification, (birth certificate, passport, military ID, etc.). Registration is not complete until age verification is provided.
- Club Waiver: The only time we can register a new player from another district is when their parent district (club) has a full team or no team at their age level. Parents are responsible for contacting the registrar of their parent club to initiate a "Club Waiver" form located in the registration docs window to the right.
Returning Families:
- Move Release: Have you moved outside the Warren Avenue District? If so, your child can continue playing for Warren Avenue provided they haven't begun playing for the new district. Just fill out the "Move Release" form located in the registration docs window to the right of this screen then print it, complete/sign it and either bring it to our registrar or scan it and email your signed form to the registrar. A new Move Release is needed each time you move.
All Families:
- Register Early: Register early to assure you player's spot on a team. We fill teams on a first come first served basis. Once you are established on a team at Level D or higher, we try to keep kids of the same age together and develop team continuity from year to year but once teams are full you will be put on a wait list until we have enough players for another team.
Registration Policy: Registration fees are due in-full at the time of registration; registration cannot be completed without full payment. Once registered, players will be allocated a roster spot, though they will not be eligible to play in games until we have proof of age, address verification and a signed Concussion/Sudden Cardiac Arrest form. Registration is limited on a "first come, first serve" basis. Cash or Check payments must be received in order to qualify for priority and placement.
Gear/Uniform Deposit (Football Only):
We will need a deposit ($100 for C & D levels, $150 for A & B) prior to issuing game uniforms and gear (pads, helmet, etc.). We prefer to take post-dated checks (dated December 1, made out to Warren Avenue Pee Wees), but can also take debit or credit cards. Deposits are returned when uniform/equipment is returned. If equipment/uniform is not returned by December 1, then deposits are kept to purchase new equipment/uniforms.
Playup/Playdown Requests:
We encourage kids to play at their own Level according to the age cut off. Players may request to be played down but Central Council must approve the play down with cause. Playing up one year requires coach and parent concurrence and Warren Avenue Board approval.
